CultureHead's PR campaign for Culture Night 2026 reached almost 70 Million people.

CultureHead was delighted to lead the PR and marketing campaign for Culture Night Dublin, the annual nationwide celebration of culture, creativity and the arts.

This was our sixth time leading the marketing for the event, and it was a particular honour to work on the milestone 21st edition.

The campaign was anchored by a media launch on 18 August, which received widespread coverage, including on RTÉ News. A reminder photocall followed in the week of the event, attended by FM104 and 98FM. Alongside these anchor points, we pitched a number of satellite features.

The most successful was “Dublin’s First Black History Walking Tour”, which was covered by RTÉ Radio 1’s Oliver Callan show, the Irish Independent and RTÉ News.

We also appointed two ambassadors, musician Asha Ari and champion breakdancer Leon Dwyer, who did an incredible job of getting the word out across print and broadcast.

Culture Night Marketing Campaign Results

Culture Night Dublin 2026 generated 350 pieces of coverage between mid-August and mid-September, reaching a cumulative audience of 69,866,237 and representing an estimated media value of €2,102,909.

On average, each item reached almost 200,000 people and was worth roughly €6,008. Every item was rated positive or neutral in sentiment.

Broadcast was by far the dominant channel, with RTÉ outlets alone accounting for more than two thirds of the total media value.

Bigs thanks to our clients Dublin City Council for having us onboard again and thanks to the Arts Council of Ireland for powering the event.
